During this tenure, he extensively travelled to Europe, Africa, Asia and Latin America. He has also served as a Professor of Business Administration at the University of Lucknow, India, the University of Malaya, Malaysia, and several other countries.

Prof. Dr. Aini Binti Ahmad is a distinguished academic with a remarkable career spanning 35 years in the Department of Nursing Science at the Faculty of Medicine, University of Malaya. Additionally, she served as the Program Director for the Bachelor of Nursing Science (BNS) and Master of Nursing (MN) programs at Open University Malaysia for six years. Presently, she holds the position of Coordinator for the Postgraduate Nursing Program, overseeing the Master of Nursing Science and PhD in Nursing programs at KPJ Healthcare University College. Throughout her extensive career, Prof. Dr. Aini has taught nursing at various levels, including Certificate, Diploma, Advanced Diploma, undergraduate Degree programs, and Postgraduate levels, encompassing the Master of Nursing and PhD in Nursing, as well as the Doctor of Nursing programs. Her significant contributions extend to curriculum planning, development, and evaluation for various nursing programs in Malaysia. She has been actively engaged as a panel assessor for the Malaysian Qualification Agency since 2004. Prof. Dr. Aini has taken on the role of Academic Advisor in several public and private universities, offering guidance for undergraduate and postgraduate programs. Her commitment to academia also includes active involvement in research, supervision of research projects for both undergraduate and postgraduate students, as well as the publication and presentation of research articles in both local and international journals. Her research interests are focused on Nursing Education, Maternal Health Nursing, Emergency Nursing, and Community Health Nursing. Prof. Dr. Aini Binti Ahmad's dedication to the field of nursing and her extensive contributions have made her a respected figure in the academic and healthcare communities.

Prof. Datuk Dr. Hjh. Bibi Florina Binti Abdullah, the Pro-Chancellor of Lincoln University College, was the First Director of Nursing, Ministry of Health, Malaysia. She has also served as the Registrar of Nursing Board, Malaysia and has the greatest passion in changing the whole face of the nursing profession. She was instrumental in professionalized nursing as a profession from the diploma to the degree level. Undoubtedly, her passion in nursing field has been continually transformed to Lincoln University College.

Prof. Dr. Faridah Mohd Said has completed her RN in Midwifery, her PhD is from University Putra Malaysia. She did her MSc from University Kebangsaan Malaysia and BSc from University Malaysia. She has many years working experiences in clinical, academic and management thorough her career in public and private organizations national and internationally. Her experiences included; she was appointed as Clinical Nursing Director in Madinah, KSA, Head of Nursing Postgraduate and Research in Lincoln University and Head of Nursing Program in University Putra Malaysia. She has supervised many PhD students. Her niche areas of interest include Community and Public Health, Nursing education. Her current research interest focuses Smarte-Health Education. She was awarded Excellent Outstanding Quality Award in Madinah. She received four research grants when she was in UPM.

Prof. Datin Dr. Hafizah graduated as a registered nurse from College of Nursing, Penang in 1974. Prof. Datin Dr. Hafizah predominantly worked as a renal nurse where she specialized in Renal and Urology with a Certificate of Renal Nursing from the Beaumont Hospital, Dublin, Australia in 1987. Datin Dr. Hafizah has been working as an educator for 32 years. She obtained her Certificate of Advanced Diploma in Teaching from University of Malaya in the year 1982. In year 1993, Datin Dr. Hafizah obtained her BSc Nursing from University of Sydney, Australia. Datin Dr. Hafizah completed her Master of Education in the year 2000 from University of Malaya. Datin Dr. Hafizah completed her PhD in Health Sciences from Lincoln University in the year of 2017. Prof. Datin Dr. Hafizah has extensive experience in both undergraduate and postgraduate nursing education, and the development and improvement of curriculum in nursing education. Datin Dr. Hafizah has been actively involved as a program and curriculum auditor for Malaysian Nursing Board and Malaysian Qualifications Agency.

She earned her Doctor of Science in Nursing, majoring in Nursing Gerontology, from Cebu Normal University. She currently serves as the College Research Coordinator and is a member of the Editorial Board of the Mindanao Forum. Dr. Poblete has been in the teaching profession for 15 years, covering various nursing subjects with specializations in nursing gerontology, maternal and child health, and research. She is actively involved in numerous research and extension projects involving older adults, women's health, and the health of persons deprived of liberty (PDL) in prison. Some of her research has been presented at both national and international conferences and has been published in reputable journals. She has also been invited to speak about her advocacy for caring for older people at various conferences.

Mardhiyati binti Mohd Yunus received Bachelor of Diagnostic Imaging and Radiotherapy (Hons) from the National University of Malaysia (UKM) in 2009 and Master in Medical Imaging from Universiti Teknologi Mara (UiTM) in 2015. She holds PhD and Doctorate in Diagnostic Imaging from UKM. She has 14 years of working experience in the healthcare sector as well as in academic institutions as a diagnostic radiographer, clinical instructor, academician, researcher, and also involved in management. She is currently working as a Lecturer, a Programme Coordinator of Medical Imaging and the Lead Research & Publication Unit in Faculty of Health Sciences at UNISEL. Her major interests are conducting research in breast imaging, cardiac imaging, medical image interpretation, image processing, and artificial intelligence, with a focus on radiomics studies. She has received awards from international and local conferences, including the Best Paper Award and the Best Presenter Award. She has also published articles in WOS/Scopus-indexed journals, is experienced in handling vivavoce as an examiner, and is also a thesis formatter.

He is also Deputy CEO of the Euroskil Vocational Trainince Academy (ETVA) from 2018 till date. He was the Deputy Vice Chancellor (Student Affairs) of Lincoln University College from 2014 for more than 6 years. He was the Ambassador in Ministry of foreign in 1981 till 2001. Dato Yusoff has been associated with the Ministry since 1975 in various countries. He has volunteered as Chairman of The Board an international charity organization from 2009 associated with Disaster and Humanitarian Relief Cause. In 2014 he was the Chairman of IBF Network Sdn.Bhd. In 2014 he was the Member of the Board of Directors of the Guidance Citizens Cooperation. In 2016 Chairman of Guidance Citizens Cooperation. Over the years Dato (Amb) Dr. Mohd Yusoff Bin A. Dr. Neil Madulara Martin holds the position of Assistant Professor IV and Clinical Instructor at the College of Nursing, Mindanao State University - Iligan Institute of Technology, located in Iligan City, Philippines. In addition to his teaching responsibilities, he also serves as the International Affairs Coordinator for the college. With a background in Community Health Nursing and Psychosocial Support Facilitation, Dr. Martin brings a diverse set of skills to his role. Dr. Martin’s educational journey includes earning a PhD in Education from Xavier University School of Education in Cagayan de Oro City, Philippines. He has also obtained a Master of Arts in Nursing from the University of Cebu in Cebu City, Philippines, and a Master's in Business Education from the University San Jose Recoletos, also in Cebu City. Furthermore, he holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from Liceo de Cagayan University in Cagayan de Oro City. Prof. Dr. Santhna Letchmi Panduragan was formerly from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia where she was much involved as a lecturer and a research supervisor for both Nursing and Medical students. She was also sent to review the nursing curriculum in Sa’naah, Yemen. She is also a life member of the MAEMHS society Malaysia. She was also involved in the personal and Professional training of the Medical students in University Kebangsaan Malaysia. She attained her Masters from Monash University, Australia and Her PhD was in Community Education and Development from University Putra Malaysia. Her expertise is in qualitative research. She is also a consultant for the KDU college Penang and at present is with Lincoln University College for the past 4 years. She is much involved as a lecturer and as a research supervisor for both Masters and PhD students.

Dr.Satriya Pranata has been an active lecturer at Universitas Muhammadiyah Semarang (UNIMUS) since 2017. He holds the position of secretary for research and community service at UNIMUS. His current academic activities include teaching, conducting research, and writing books. Dr. Satriya Pranata completed his doctoral degree in Nursing at the National Taipei University of Nursing and Health Sciences, Taiwan in 2021. He has published research in international and national journals, as well as books related to the diabetes population, precision healthcare, tailored care, diabetes management, and self-management among diabetes patients. Diabetes is one of his primary concerns because the diabetes patient population remains high in Indonesia. Moreover, preventing complications in diabetes patients is a challenge he continuously strives to address. He is developing a personalized care approach, focusing on tailored care and precision healthcare, for the diabetes population in Indonesia. This approach aims to improve patients' health outcomes and their overall care experience by taking into account their unique requirements and preferences when creating a treatment plan based on their specific phenotype. His research is currently in progress in both hospital and community settings in Indonesia, with a particular focus on Semarang City. Additionally, he actively collaborates with researchers from various countries to advance his research in Indonesia.

Ts Dr. Sharifah Shafinaz binti Sharif Abdullah has been a registered nurse for 22 years. She had teaching experience for about 16 years in the field of nursing. She graduated from Universiti Putra Malaysia with a Bachelor of Nursing. She completed her Master's degree in Nursing Sciences in 2013 from the University of Malaya, Malaysia. Recently, she obtained her Ph.D. in Nursing Science in 2021 from the University of Malaya, Malaysia. Dr. Sharifah is interested in intervention studies, and the majority of her work has been published in indexed journals. She achieved the 3rd 'Best Paper Award' by Singapore Medical Journal in 2016 and the 9th place in the 'Best Paper Award' by Environmental Behavioral Journal in 2022. Her expertise is in the evaluation and improvement of the health and well-being of patients. She believes research can be an agent to change individual paradigms and perspectives. She has chosen to become a nursing researcher, and she strongly believes that her research could improve the health care system as well as the nursing profession.

Dr. Sri Rejeki was born in Semarang, Central Java, Indonesia, on October 26, 1964. She completed her Bachelor's in Nursing and professional nursing studies in 1994, her Master's in Nursing in 2024, and her specialization in Maternity Nursing in 2025. All three of her studies were completed at the University of Indonesia, Jakarta, Indonesia. In 2013, she successfully completed her doctoral studies at Diponegoro University in Semarang, Central Java, Indonesia. She is presently working as a lecturer in the field of Maternity Nursing at Muhammadiyah University, Semarang and Diponegoro University, Semarang. Dr. Sri Rejeki is actively engaged in teaching, research, and community service related to women's reproductive health, with a specific focus on menstrual and childbirth pain management using non-pharmaceutical therapies. Some of her research results include the management of menstrual and childbirth pain using the regiosacral counter-pressure method, either alone or in combination with regiosacral counter-pressure along with other methods such as respiratory relaxation and lavender aromatherapy. Additionally, she has conducted research on the differences in labor pain using Regiosacral Counter-pressure and Acupressure therapy. The indicators used in her research on menstrual pain and labor pain include PGE2, Interleukin-1 (IL1) to 6 (IL6), PG2α, and COX, which have been published in several indexed journals. She is also actively involved in writing for Muhammadiyah magazines and newspapers. Dr. Sri Rejeki has authored several books on Reproductive Health, including a book on non-pharmacological labor pain management, an evidence-based book on overcoming labor pain, and edited the book "Maternity Nursing Care" on topics related to newborns and complications of childbirth. She has also developed several maternity nursing learning modules. Currently, she holds the position of Chancellor at Muhammadiyah University of Kendal-Batang, Central Java, for the term 2022-2026.

Dr. Tasnim is an Associate Professor of Public Health at Mandala Waluya University in Southeast Sulawesi, Indonesia. She obtained her Master's degree from Flinders University in 2019 and completed her Doctorate in Public Health in 2014. With a teaching experience at the university since 2010, she has instructed various subjects including public health, health communication, health advocacy, and health promotion. Her research primarily focuses on public health, specifically in areas such as health promotion, community development, and community participation to improve community health. Prior to her academic career, Dr. Tasnim worked as a Consultant for Health and Gender Programs with International Non-Government Organizations. She collaborated with organizations like International CARE Indonesia (1990-2000) and IDSS-AusAID (2001-2007) in different provinces of Indonesia. Dr. Tasnim held various administrative positions at Mandala Waluya University, including serving as the Chief of the College of Mandala Waluya Health Sciences from 2017 to 2020 and as the Rector of the university from 2020 to 2021. Currently, she serves as the Director of the Mandala Waluya International Relation Institute since 2022.

Dr. Vaidehi Ulaganathan serves as the Head of Nutrition in the Wellness Program and holds the position of Senior Lecturer in Nutrigenetic and Clinical Nutrition at UCSI University in Cheras, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. She boasts a strong educational background, with a Bachelor's Degree in Biomedicine (Hons), a Master of Science in Nutritional Sciences (2012), and a Doctoral Degree in Clinical Nutrition. Additionally, she holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Tertiary Teaching and is certified in Good Clinical Practice (GCP). Dr. Ulaganathan's research primarily focuses on personalized diets, healthy eating, and wellness, particularly among cancer patients and those with non-communicable chronic diseases. Her research initiatives include promoting healthy eating habits, improving nutritional literacy, and encouraging physical wellness, especially among children and young adults. She has achieved significant recognition, including a Gold Medal for her research presentation on National World Cancer Day, a Gold award in RERINTIS, a Global Early Career Award from the UK, and other accolades for her research contributions. Dr. Ulaganathan has also received Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) grants from Bank Rakyat for three consecutive years since 2019 to enhance nutrition and physical wellness among underprivileged children. Furthermore, she has successfully obtained various national research grants, resulting in over 60 publications comprising research articles, books, and proceedings.

Dr. Vimala Ramoo is a Lecturer in the Department of Nursing Science, Universiti Malaya School of Medicine in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. With over 25 years of teaching and supervision experience in nursing education, she is currently the research coordinator in her department, where she supervises students and actively participates in clinical research. Dr. Ramoo has received multiple awards for her excellent performance. Her specialization and research interests encompass critical care, nursing leadership and management, and nursing education. She is a member of the editorial board and a reviewer for international nursing journals. She has also served as an Adjunct Professor at Universitas Airlangga in Indonesia.

She has specialty of teaching in the field of Anaesthesia & Intensive Care, Emergency Medicine, CPR, ACLS, PALS, Clinical Pharmacology & Therapeutics.

Tables, Illustrations, Figures and Photographs: Graphics such as table, illustrations, figures and photographs must be embedded in the article you are submitting (in MS word).
Structure of Article and Author Guidelines
1. General Information: Please write your article in good English (American or British usage is accepted). Use MS Word format, in one style column with 2 cm margin at each side of A4 paper.
2. Title: The first letter of each word in title, should be typed capital. Please avoid using punctuation marks like (,), (“ “ ), ( ? ), ( ! ), etc. in title and don’t underline words.
*font: Arial, Style: Bold, Size: 14.
3. Authors’ Names: Please write authors’ names after main topic.
*font: Arial, Style: Bold, Size: 11.
Please indicate authors’ postal addresses completely after their names. Country name, telephone number and email addresses of each author are necessary.
*font: Arial, Style: Italic, Size: 11.
4. Abstract:Abstract should be within 250-500 words. Authors need to be careful that the abstract reflects the content of the article accurately.
*font: Arial, Style: Normal, Size: 12.
5. Keywords: Indicate keywords after abstract (3-4words ). Please separate your keywords with ( ,) .
*font: Arial, Style: Normal, Size: 10.
6. Note: the Articles in the following parts:
i. Title Page :
ii. Title of article.
iii. The full name/s of the authors.
iv. Job title/Occupation, employer, location and affiliation of each author.
v. Name and address of the author responsible for correspondence (Include address, telephone number and email address).

7. Tables: Present tables at the end of the article. Number tables in accordance with their appearance in the text. Place the caption of the table above table. Place explanatory matters below the table. Avoid vertical rules.

8. Figures: Present figures, at the end of the article. Number figures in accordance with their appearance in the text. Place the caption of figures and diagrams below them. *font: Arial, Style: Normal, Size: 10 ( for captions and data in diagram and figures
9. References: Use the Harvard Referencing Guide. Arrange references alphabetically at the end of the article. *font: Arial, Style: Normal, Size: 12
General Instructions for Author/s:
Types of Articles (Full paper):
Original Articles: Should contain title page, abstract, keywords, introduction, research methods, results and discussion, conclusion, acknowledgement and references. The length of the text should be limited to 12-22 pages including the references.
Review Articles: The review articles are subjected to editorial review such as the original papers.
Case Study: It is included all of the reports about any special issues and new procedure in some limited cases with good results but not confirmed yet internationally as a global choice. It should be not exceed more than 2000 words.
Structure of Articles: Title Page: Should contain title which should include the study design, author(s) information such as the first name, last name, highest academic degree and affiliation. Abstract: Should contain background, research methods, results and conclusion sections separately. The objective of study, findings (including its statistical significance) and the conclusion made on the basis of the findings should be clearly presented. Abstract is not necessary for case reports, while review articles should have an abstract. Nevertheless, the length of an abstract should be less than 250 words. Authors need to be careful that the abstract reflects the content of the article accurately.
Keywords: Each submitted article should contain 3-4 keywords.
Keywords will assist indexers in cross indexing the article as they are published with abstract.
Introduction: This should summarize the purpose and the rationale for the study. It should neither review the subject extensively nor should it have data or conclusions of the study.
Research Method: This should include exact method or observation or experiment. Mathematical and Statistical methods must be mentioned and specify any general computer package used.
Results and Discussion: must be presented in the form of text, tables and illustrations. The contents of the tables should not be all repeated in the text. Instead, a reference to the table number may be given. Long articles may need sub-headings (mentioned on page1 as Subdivisions) within some sections to clarify their contents. Discussion should emphasize the present findings and the variations or similarities with other work done in the field by other researchers. The detailed data should not be repeated discussion again. Emphasize the new and important aspects of the study. It must be mentioned whether the hypothesis mentioned in the article is true, false or no conclusions can be derived.
Conclusion: The conclusion allows you to have the final say on the issues authors have raised in the paper, to summarize the thoughts, to demonstrate the importance of the ideas, and to propel reader to a new view of the subject. It is also the opportunity to make a good final impression and to end on a positive note. The conclusion should represent something important to the readers, and can be used for some, or all of the following tasks:
• Emphasizing the purpose and importance of the article
• Explaining the significance or consequences of the findings
• Indicating the wider applications of the method developed in the article
• Establishing the article as the basis for further investigation
Acknowledgement: All contributors who do not meet the criteria for authorship should be covered in the acknowledgement section. It should include persons who provided technical help, writing assistance and departmental head that only provided general support. Financial and material support should also be acknowledged. Author(s) must acknowledge and declare any sources of funding and potential conflicting interest, such as receiving funds or fees by, holding stocks and shares in and organizations that may profit or lose through publication of your paper. Declaring a competing interest will not lead to automatic rejection of the paper, but we would like to be made aware of it.
Submission: Manuscripts must have been written in English. Also the manuscript must have confirm letter that is assumed manuscripts are exclusively submitted to the conference journals (MJMR / MJN) and have not been previously published elsewhere (except in the form of an abstract or as part of a published lecture, review or thesis) and are not under consideration by any other journal. In the covering letter one author should be specified as the "corresponding author" and all other authors should personally sign the covering letter. Authors are responsible for all statements made in their work. The editorial board has the right to insert any necessary changes so that the manuscript is harmonized with the editorial framework of the journal. All submissions to the (MJMR / MJN) should contain a completed copy of signed covered letter containing the copyright agreement.
Final Checklist: The authors must ensure that before submitting the manuscript for publication, they have taken care of the following:
1. Title page should contain title, name of the author(s), their qualifications, mailing address for future correspondence, email address, phone and fax number.
2. Abstract in structured format up to 250 words.
3. Keywords contain 3-4 words.
4. References should be typed as instruction that mentioned above.
5. Tables and figures should be typed at the end of the article.
6. Copyright (covering) Letter.

Call For Papers

The researchers are invited to submit their abstracts mentioning the mode of presentation (Oral)

Abstract must be submitted within 20thSeptember, 2023

Full article must be submitted within 31th October,2023 for the Journal publication.

Please note Extended version of selected papers presented in the conference will published after review in the following Journals (with Separate charges as applicable). Please note submission not guarantee publication, all full paper will go through Journal review process.
